    1. Case #21-11: A request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to Radwan Daboul for the operation of an auto service and storage at the location of 5832 Garfield Avenue, in the City of Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
    2. Case #21-12: A request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) by Kenndis Joy to operate Kidz of Joy Youth Academy located at 6108 Madison Avenue.
    3. Case # 21-13 – A request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) by Outfront Media to install an illuminated advertising sign (billboard) at 4315 Rolling Drive, just off Hwy 170. There is an existing billboard on site.
    4. Case # 21-14 – A request for a Special Use Permit by Outfront Media to install an illuminated advertising sign (billboard) at 8734 Fleischer Pl (aka 66601 Graham Road).
