- Bill #4951 - An Ordinance Approving the Budget of the City of Berkeley, MO, for the Fiscal Year Commencing July 1, 2023 and Concluding June 30, 2024; Appropriating the Sums therein for the Purposes and Objects therein (The City Council hereby find and declare that an emergency exists which requires the immediate passage of this ordinance for the preservation of the welfare of the citizens of the City of Berkeley.)
