      This request comes before the Commission from the owners of the 9600 Natural Bridge Hotel. The hotel is in the process of attempting to find a buyer and has been granted a Temporary Commercial Occupancy Permit on 05/16/25 and expired on 07/16/25. Currently the hotel is operating the Lobby, 4th Floor, 5th Floor, and 6th Floor. (Ward 5)
