   1. Toys For Tots has notified our organization saying we are on the waiting list. Our organization will be notified during the first week of December 2026 to let us know their final decision if they can fulfill our request.
      
   2. Major Sponsor for Christmas Toy Give-A-Way has contacted our organization and we have been approved to receive toys from them. On Saturday, December 20, 2025, IT WILL BE MANDATORY THAT OUR COMMITTEE SHIRST MUST BE WORN. NO EXCEPTIONS!
   3. Christmas Toy Give-A-Way Google Document / Flyers.
      The google document has been created and was sent to the following schools of Berkeley Elementary School, Holman Elementary School, and Johnson Wabash Elementary School. The maximum is four children per parent. The children must be present at the event to receive toys. There are NO exceptions to this rule! The registration table will be set up in the hallway for check in to alleviate any issues.
      
      On Sunday, December 7, 2025, no more residents will be allowed to sign up. We must discuss a budget to spend on the toys so they can start being set to City Hall for storage.
      
      All Committee members are expected to report to Berkeley City Hall on the day of the event at 10:00am sharp because the event starts at 11:00am.
      
   4. Santa Claus and Throne Chair
      The gentleman from last year agreed to play Santa Claus again this year for us.
      The throne chair has been reserved from the same company we used last year, plus a red carpet to make it look nicer. The gentleman that made the video for us last year, will be at the event to do another one for us
      
   5. We need assistance for setting up the champers with the toys on Friday, December 19, 2025. Need a head count of those that will attend the event.
