   A Resolution of the Council of the City of Berkeley, Missouri, Appointing Tim Swope as City Manager for an Indefinite Period with an Annual Salary of $150,000 (Mayor Crawford-Graham)
   
3. Ordinance Bill #5115
   An Ordinance Appointing Timothy Swope as City Manager for the City of Berkeley, Missouri; Establishing Compensation and Benefits; Waiving Residency Requirements as Permitted by the City Charter; and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Necessary Documents.
