Term: June 2020 - April 2024

Honorable Willie Mae Anthony was appointed, by the City Council on June 17, 2019, as Councilwoman to represent Ward 4 for the unexpired term. She was elected June 2, 2020 for her first 4-year term. 

Councilwoman Anthony has been married to Leo Anthony for 38+ years. Through this union, there are four living children and one deceased child, fifteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She has been a member of the Community Church of God for 27+ years.

Councilwoman Anthony has lived in the City of Berkeley for 30+ years.
